~ Our goal from the start was to build a vacation memory for families and friends that would be nothing less than we expect for ourselves. The most important thing we kept in mind while building this business was that our guests should be so comfortable they were absolutely satisfied by just opening the doors, listening to the soft ocean waves and visiting and spending quality time together as a family, a couple, or as friends. Making meaningful and lasting memories is the most important reason for a vacation and we are so very happy to help be a part of that.

Ocean reef #1202 is a brand new, gulf front condo, located on the 12th floor of the area's newest condominium complex, ocean reef. Upon entering, you will be overwhelmed by the breathtaking view of the emerald green waters of the gulf! You will also notice an all new kitchen which has been accommodated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, stove, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, eating utensils, glassware, china and more. The dining area will seat eight comfortably with six at the dining table and extra seating at the counter. The fully stocked kitchen along with the furnished dining area gives you the option of dining in for all your meals. The living room is beautifully furnished with all new furniture. There is a sofa which converts into a queen size bed, comfortable side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan and large 40' flat screen TV and a DVD for entertainment.From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversize, private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf of Mexico. This private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished with wicker furniture and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony! The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, side furniture, lighting, drapery, 32' flat screen TV and DVD player. The master suite also opens to the balcony which both the water and sounds of the beach and be seen and heard! Adjoining the master bedroom, there is a private bathroom which is stocked with bath linens.The guest room is accommodated with a queen size bed, bed linens, 32' flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also an entrance to the second bathroom from the guest room.
